Shipping

Once items arrive from Ukraine, they are shipped directly to our customers across Canada.  We charge very modest shipping rates to try and re-coup some of the costs of shipping.  We work with you to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your UKIEOLOGY experience. 

As there are many factors impacting shipping, we take those into account to ensure that we are still able to offer you cost effective ways of getting your orders to you on time and in good condition.  All of our shipping rates are displayed at check out and applied to your orders.  Orders from Saskatoon and area where they can be locally picked up or delivered we try to do these at no cost.

As indicated in our exchange policy, if for any reason you need to send an item back for an exchange or because it was damaged, the cost of the shipment will be responsibility of the customer.
